I stayed at this hotel because I was attending a business event organized there. It is an excellent hotel, with all facilities. The business centre had everything we needed. There are two restaurants and a sports centre, the rooms are big and the WiFi connection worked perfectly. The hotel is not in the city centre, but it is very close from a metro station, directly connected to both the city and the airport.

When we booked, the price was comparable to boutique hotels and included breakfast. But there were a few negative reviews, we weren’t entirely sure what to expect. However, every staff member we interacted with was incredibly kind. They even upgraded our room. I gave them my suit to be ironed, but they didn’t charge me, saying it was already in good condition. He even opened the pockets of the suit for me. The gym and pool were good for a hotel, and the game area was a great bonus. The location was also very convenient.

The hotel was recommended by someone who works in the tourism industry. We were pleasantly surprised with the level of hospitality, cleanliness, comfort and everything one expects from this level of hotels. Melih Ahmetcanoğlu welcomed us on our arrival, being very courteous. The views of the city both at night and during the day did not disappoint. the breakfast had a vast selection of items for any preference. we stayed only for one night as we were in transit but we shall definitely return. We asked for airport transfer both on arrival and for departure. Everything was delivered to high levels. Thank you.

Excellent location near Zorlu Centre with stunning views of the bridge and Asian side, plus a delicious top-floor breakfast with a breathtaking panorama.

Perfect and friendly service. I visits every year the hotel and I get always the same room with the fantastic view of İstanbul. So great!

Cleanliness of the room. Cemile kept it in very good shape and respond my requests promptly. Technical service also respond quickly when I called. Breakfast had lots of choices. I did not get bored even though I stayed 7 days. It is a non-fuss place that you can truly relax.

The staff, especially the bell boy and the restaurant manager Mr Engin, he was very nice and helpful he even drew to us a cute map showing how to get transportation to airport, also the waiters TiMUGiN, Enes and the always smiling Beyza, she even helped us get cute couple photos at the rooftop restaurant. Also really breathtaking rooftop views around istanbul skyline and Bosphorus. The room is nice, exactly as marketed, also breakfast is ok.

We had a great stay on the 15th floor. Güray kept our room very clean. The breakfast buffet has everything and one can order omelette as well. Engin and his team deliver a fast service and keep the buffet filled until the end. The breakfast is served on the 18th floor with a great view. We felt n good hands there. With the Taxi you can drive to all locations quickly, but can take significant longer during rush hours. Parking is available either thru the hotel or in the parking garage next door.

A fairly new hotel about 10-15 minutes walk to/from M11 metro line which connected with airport. We had late check-in after midnight; we were offered with free upgrade to an executive suite. Overall experience is very good.

The hotel facilities are great and well maintained. We stayed in the Executive room and had access to executive lounge which it was fabulous. The lounge has an amazing view of Istanbul and the Bosphorus Bridge, nice balcony, good quality canapés and drinks. Executive room had also a beautiful view and an amazing shower! We had an early check in that was really helpful. Staff does whatever they can to please you and we really appreciate it. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you for everything!
